Birkas Rifka is a carpentry workshop that opened in 1990 in the hills at the entrance of Yerushalayim and is currently located in Beitar.
Birkas Rifka is now spreading its safety net to include families from across Eretz Yisroel
Yad L’Taf – a division of Birkas Rifka- provides three or four tier bunk beds which take up minimal space during the day but provide maximum relief for children at night. They can now have comfortable, secure places to sleep, renew their energy, and develop positive memories of their childhood.
